Description

Greenspaces and exercising are an important way to improve wellbeing and manage stress and anxiety. This group enables people to connect with others and enjoy the benefits of exercise and being outdoors.

Takes place on Tuesdays 1:30-3pm at various greenspaces in Midlothian.

10 sessions per person. Get in touch with Health in Mind to find out when the next course starts.
