Description

We support veterans, and/or family members of veterans, living with long term health conditions or facing challenging life situations.

What we offer:

  • Peer support
  • One to one wellbeing coaching
  • Support to develop a wellbeing plan
  • Group based lifestyle management courses
  • Community gym and exercise classes based in Edinburgh
  • Social prescribing

How do I access this?

  • Self Referral and referrals from any Health and Social Care practitioners are welcomed.
  • Informal calls to find out more about the service are also welcomed.
  • If you have served in any of the armed forces or are a close family member of someone who has served, please state “veteran” within your referral.

Is there a cost?

Most of our services are free of charge.

Ongoing gym/classes membership (after 3 months) costs £60 per year.

Location information

Support can be provided face to face in Edinburgh, Midlothian, East Lothian and Fife; or remotely by phone/online video call.

Our locations are fully accessible with onsite parking.
