Description
VOCAL provides an events and activities programme of free courses, group work and peer support opportunities for unpaid carers in Midlothian.
This programme can help you develop the skills you need as a carer, meet with other carers to share and learn from each other and improve your own physical and emotional wellbeing.
Groups such as Bloom and Breathe can also support you to spend time outdoors, which helps with relaxation and stress relieve.

- Bus: To Tesco Hardengreen – Lothian 29 or 46, and East Coast Bus route 139.
- To Bonnyrigg Road / Eskbank – East Coast Bus routes 140 and 141.
- Train: Eskbank station is a 5-minute walk.
Parking
- There are lots of free parking spaces within our industrial estate.
- If you have mobility issues or need a disabled parking bay, please contact us before you visit. We ask that you let us know in advance, so that we can open the gate for you.
