If you are experiencing:

  • cultural and/or language barriers
  • anxiety for family and friends
  • the need for communication
  • feelings of uncertainty and despair

Health in Mind provides individual and group support.

The Power of Slavic Skirts Circle is a new group for Polish women, who are interested in self-development, who want to share their experiences, support each other, discover themselves, dance, cook, become a better version of themselves.

A place free of judgment and criticism, but full of compassion, understanding, and mutual care.

Health in Mind’s peer support brings together people with shared experiences of particular mental health and wellbeing difficulties, isolation and loneliness, barriers in connecting with others and community, or similar personal interests and cultural background.

This service can be offered in English and Polish.

Date: Friday 27 January, Friday 24 February, Friday 24 March
Time: 5 pm – 6.30 pm
Location: Fisherrow Centre, South Street, Musselburgh, EH21 6AT
