Then come along to a series of 6 free classes to listen and learn more. Classes are delivered by NHS and Health in Mind Staff. Classes are delivered in a lecture format so you will not be asked to speak in front of a group.

Date:  Starting Monday 5 February 2024 for 6 weeks

Day: 5, 12, 19, 26 February and 4, 11 March 2024

Time: 3.30 pm – 5 pm

Location: Loanhead Leisure Centre, George Ave, Loanhead EH20 9LA.

The Cabin, Bonnyrigg Rose, Poltonhall Recreation Ground, 4 Polton Avenue, Bonnyrigg, EH19 2NU
