Description

Enable Works offer practical support in Midlothian with CVs, applications, and interviews, working closely with and parents/guardians and employers to understand and overcome any barriers they face, including childcare, flexible working needs, and health or accessibility concerns.

Our friendly team of employment coordinators support using a person centered approach, to ensure parents/guardians can develop their skills, increase their confidence, to find and sustain employment in the open labour market.
