Neighbourhood Links and Local Area Co-ordinators provide advice, information and practical support.
This service can support you to live as independently as possible in your own home. The team can help you engage with your local community ie benefits, housing, travel, adaptation for the home, support to join and sustain participation in local social groups such as lunch clubs, men’s shed, art and craft, hobbies and groups.
