This group provides an opportunity to meet new people, practice creative self-expression and learn positive coping skills.

Listening to music can have a positive effect on emotional wellbeing, improving mood, decreasing anxiety and managing stress.

• Learn how to use music as a positive coping strategy

• Share & discuss in a safe space

• Meet like-minded people

Starting Monday 28 August 2023 1.30-3pm each week for 6 weeks on Zoom.
