Description

This is a walking group run by mums with experience of mental health issues for other mums who may be struggling with their mental health. A place where it’s ok to not be ok.

The group meet on Monday mornings at 9.30 am at Bonnyrigg Rose Cafe, Poltonhall Recreational Grounds. They enjoy a short walk and a coffee and chat afterwards.
