Midlothian’s Mental Health & Resilience Service (MHARS) If you live in Midlothian, are 18-65 and need support with mental health and wellbeing…Call MHARS 0800 118 2962 between 8am–10pm, 7 days a week.


You will have a short confidential conversation about your needs and will then receive a call back within an hour from an appropriate Mental Health and Well Being Practitioner.
