A safe space for adults experiencing mental health difficulties in talking and connecting with support services in Midlothian.

Meet staff from Health in Mind in a relaxed environment. We will listen without judgment and support you in connecting with other Midlothian services.

We aim to support and help you manage your mental health and wellbeing.

Date: 18 April, 23 May, 20 June 2023

Day: Monthly on Tuesday.

Time: 10:30 am – 12 pm

Location: Gorebridge Leisure Centre, Hunterfield Rd, Gorebridge EH23 4TX (The Sporting Memories Foundation Scotland)
