Listening Space (Health in Mind)

Who provides this?

  • Health in Mind

Are you looking for a supportive space to talk about your mental health and to listen to others share their experience?

Listening Spaces provide a safe space to have a coffee, ask questions and to receive mental health support from Health in Mind.

This is a peer support space for positive mental health and wellbeing where you can share, listen, and support each other. Discussions and activities will explore how the group looks after their mental health and wellbeing.

The Listening Space is facilitated by staff members and you can chat individually and/or participate in our peer-support group. We will listen with a compassionate and non-judgemental ear to whatever you want to speak about. We can also signpost you to other support that may be available to you.
