Description

Promoting mental health and wellbeing through nature. Set in local woodlands, this is an eight-week course using nature-based techniques to help reduce stress and anxiety and connect with others.

Our next block will start in October 2026.

Whether you’re looking to manage stress and anxiety, meet new people, or simply spend more time outdoors, this course offers a safe, supportive space to slow down, breathe deeply, and be present in nature.
