Outdoor group

An outdoors group set in a beautiful old walled garden in Dalkeith. The group will enable people to connect with others, learn new skills, develop confidence, enjoy and appreciate nature.

Takes place on Tuesdays between 10.00 am till 12 noon in blocks of 8 weeks at Dalkeith.

Walking group

Greenspaces and exercising have been an important way to improve wellbeing. This group enables people to connect with others and enjoy the benefits of exercise and being outdoors.

Takes place on Wednesday’s 10am-11.30am in blocks of 8 weeks at various greenspaces in Midlothian.
