Outdoor activities can lift your mood. Cycling is a great way to explore the outdoors, meet others, and improve your Mental Health & Wellbeing.

Promoting the use of greenspace and nature based activities to help improve mental health and wellbeing.

Cycles and equipment are provided.

Next Block Begins Monday 27 May 2024 for eight weeks. 

On Mondays from 11.30 am – 12.30 pm
