Outdoor activities can lift your mood. Cycling is a great way to explore the outdoors, meet others, and improve your Mental Health & Wellbeing.

Promoting the use of greenspace and nature based activities to help improve mental health and wellbeing.

Cycles and equipment are provided.

Mondays from 11.30 am – 12.30 pm

Starts Monday 25 September 2023, for 8 weeks.
