  • Women who are currently experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, or low self-worth, at risk of or are using unhealthy coping mechanisms like alcohol, prescription drugs, food, or self-harming. Women should be in a stable place to commit to the programme.

Anam Cara provide skills and techniques, through wellbeing workshops that enable women to make the positive changes required to help them lead healthier and happier lives.

Support is offered via phone or video call with some potential for outdoor activities such as walks or outdoor cafe spaces

4 consecutive Wednesdays 10am to 1.30pm
