Priority to Midlothian parents with a dependent under 18 and in one of the following categories:

  • Refugee, migrant or ethnic minority
  • lone parent
  • parent or child with health conditions or disability
  • parent under 25
  • or with 3+ children, a child under 1 year old or a child with funded childcare/Good time to be 2

Description

Midlothian Community Hospital Garden is a welcoming, inclusive environment and we are providing opportunity for Midlothian parents to:

  • Connect with community
  • Make and share food in a beautiful garden
  • Gain skills for employment
  • Find out about training and volunteering opportunities
  • Improve wellbeing and confidence

Opening times

  • Time: 12-3pm – we intend to sit down to eat around 12.30pm. 
  • Date: The 2nd Tuesday and last Thursday of the month (December TBC) running until the end of March.
