Description

Our service facilitates green prescribing through guided cold water therapy and outdoor swimming sessions, designed to support physical and mental wellbeing in a natural, outdoor setting. Sessions are run by experienced, fully trained staff with expertise in safe open-water practices and wellbeing support.

The aim of the service is to help participants improve their mental health, reduce stress, build resilience, and combat feelings of isolation, while connecting with nature and the local community. We create a supportive, inclusive environment where people of all swimming abilities can experience the reported therapeutic benefits of cold water immersion and mindful outdoor swimming. Safety, accessibility, and personal comfort are at the heart of everything we do.

All participants must complete our Cold Water Safety Induction session as a starting point.
