Who provides this?

  • Newtongrange Community Garden and VOCAL Midlothian

Description

Taking care of someone else often means putting yourself last.

This gathering at Newtongrange Community Garden is designed specifically for unpaid carers – whether you’re supporting a partner, child, family member, friend, or neighbour with any health condition, disability, or additional needs. Over 20 weeks (excluding school holidays), you’ll have a space to pause, connect with others who understand, and do something just for you.

No gardening experience needed – seriously.

While some people enjoy pottering with plants, others help with light tasks, or simply enjoy being outdoors.
