Ageing Well is a physical activity project for older people in Midlothian. The project is run by volunteers and offers participants various activities including:

  • health walks
  • line dancing
  • new age curling
  • bowling
  • badminton
  • table tennis
  • singing
  • various team walking sports

This service gives you the opportunity to meet others and lead a healthy lifestyle in your local area.

How do I access this?

  • Self-referrals

Is there a cost?

Walks are free and all volunteer led activities are £2. Instructor led activities vary from £3 onwards.

Is there a waiting list?

During Covid-19 restrictions waiting lists can occur due to limited class sizes.
