Cruse Bereavement Care
Cruse Bereavement Care Scotland (CBCS) provide support to people after a death.
After a loss feelings of grief are normal. Sometimes though, these feelings, perhaps of despair, guilt or sheer loneliness, may overwhelm us and we need to seek help.
Cruse supports people through one-to-one counselling sessions. Counselling can enable you to work through your grief. Or it may be that you need reassurance that others have been through the same anguish and despair and would like to read some reassuring stories or get some advice.
