Ageing Well – Midlothian Council
Midlothian Ageing Well aims to help older people maintain their wellbeing through various activities. Keeping active is a great way to maintain mental health, and Ageing Well has a wide range of classes and groups available.
There are a wide range of activities taking place within Midlothian, including:
- tai chi / chi gong
- seated activities
- new age kurling
- walking football
- beginners yoga
- be active membership scheme
There are also health walks available for all fitness levels. The program of activities will change throughout the year with various classes offered at different times. For dates of courses please see the Website or contact Ageing Well.
Be-Active is free membership for people who have completed 4 weeks of any activity, and gives discount with local businesses.
