New Mums

Being a new mum can be an exciting time and it can also be a challenging time. All new mums experience a mix of emotions and changes as they get used to life with a new baby. It is common to feel low in mood, more anxious or both.  

Looking after your mental health is important for both you and your baby and there are many things you can do, and a lot of support available, to help you.
