Police Scotland, along with their partners at the Scottish Business Resilience Centre and the Royal Bank of Scotland have produced a booklet called Little Book of Big Scams.

Police Scotland hope this booklet will increase the awareness and preparedness for scams within the UK. The aim of the booklet is to provide us with enough knowledge to have the confidence to go about our daily business without having the fear of falling for a scam.

The booklet outlines a number of the most common online frauds and scams, as well as sharing some great advice for anyone trying to determine whether they have been scammed or wondering what to do next. There is also tips for protecting yourself – both online and off.
