Let’s talk about men’s mental health
13 November 2025
Having open, supportive conversations can reduce isolation and save lives.
November is Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month, and 19 November is International Men’s Day. While men’s mental health matters every day, these campaigns give us a chance to pause and think about what more we can do to support the men in our lives.

Talking about mental health can feel difficult for many of us, including for men who may feel pressured to ‘stay strong’ or not to show emotions.
Start a conversation to open things up can feel daunting, but it’s a powerful first step. It doesn’t take an expert, and it can be as simple asking “How are you really doing?”
How to get involved
