Health in Mind has a number of groups available at the moment:

Writing to Rediscovery Online Group
A writing group aimed at self-exploration and at collective empowerment.

Compassionate Mindfulness and Meditation Online Group
The aim of the group is to support you to develop self-compassion, to practice slowing down your thoughts, and calming your body and mind.

LGBTQIA+ Support Group for Young Adults (18-35)
A safe environment to connect, keep active, learn new skills and access resources that will enhance your mental health and wellbeing.

LGBTQIA+ Support Group (35+)
A safe environment to connect, keep active, learn new skills and access resources that will enhance your mental health and wellbeing.
