The Midlothian Health and Social Care Partnership brings together parts of Midlothian Council and NHS Lothian, their main objectives are to improve the quality of health and social care services, change how health and social care is delivered, and provide more support, treatment, and care for people in their homes, communities, or homely settings.
They set out a strategic plan every three years containing their main priorities and how they plan to design and deliver their services.
